David Estis has a unique skill set that combines a highly technical approach with creative storytelling in both linear and nonlinear mediums. Decorated with a decade’s worth of experience as a Director and Creative Director, he has traversed the interactive, advertising, and visual effects industries while working with some of the most awarded studios and agencies around the world.

David’s background is firmly rooted in the fine arts, having had considerable success in both photography and installation within gallery and museum circuits. Curiosity is the genesis of creativity and it drives David to continuously experiment with innovative and often unexpected approaches to developing narrative and craft.

David is based in New York City, and originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. He's currently freelancing as a live action director for commercial and branded content, and as a creative director for visual effects, digital and experiential projects. For inquiries contact
